If you fall in arrears call the finance company,you may strike a deal, if you dont,
they can legally reposses their car if you have paid less than 33% without a warrant.
If you have paid over 33% they need a court order, which is simple to get and you pay for all the costs of getting it.
If you have paid 50% or more without any arrears you can hand the vehicle back with no further liabilities.
You can terminate the agreement at any time, but you will pay any shortfall ,once the car is sold.
Hand the car back clean, all documents, it fetches a higher price reducing the shortfall.
DO NOT LISTEN TO FOOLS AT ADVICE CENTRES TELLING YOU TO HIDE THE CAR , UNLESS THEY ARE PREPARED TO FOOT THE BILL IF IT GOES WRONG
