I have recently moved up from London and have been super disappointed by the twee uninspiring shops in this town. That was until I was visiting Kettle's Yard and stumbled across Magdalene Street. What a treat I especially love the uber chic style of Manon. As I've just moved I can't wait to borrow some of Kate's very inspiring style for myself! I worked in interiors for years and have to say I find her finely tuned eye a gift! After spending all my husband's money at Manon, I promised to return another time to Bown's which had a great selection of designer's on offer outside London. I'll stick to Magdalene street from now on. Although Cambridge has many pretty streets this is the only one that has style comparible to say Ledbury Rd or Cheshire St in London. Hmmm I feel at home at last! |
