Ever been in a bank or Post Office and had to queue until the next teller is available? then this is the place for you. Don't walk in expecting a pint as you'll die of thirst. You are expected to wait for 10 mins plus in the food line. Basically if you are not there to eat they don't want you there. 
My advice would be to walk a bit further around the Millpond where your hard earned can be readilly exchanged for frothy malty. Deep joy! 
This observation is based on three recent visits as this place is unfortunately the closest to the best Thai restaurant for miles. Never again! 
Ps If any member of the management reads this, the "My POS machine is slow tonight" excuse is wearing rather thin.
