"Excellent in all respects"
A review of Eraina Cosmopolitan Taverna by Raza - Monday 14th of July 2003
This restaurant is easy to miss, and it's a shame because it's one of the best in Cambridge. For the benefit of people who don't know where Free School Lane is, it is more or less opposite the Eagle, and the Eraina is the first building on the lane. They serve an unusually large selection of dishes from all over the world, something for everyone. Thankfully the quantity of choices on the menu is not at the expense of the quality. The meals are always fresh and in generous portions, as are the side dishes, the salads, the soups, the starters. The prices are surprisingly cheap. You might pay £6 or £7 for your main course, which usually includes salad and a baked potato or chips, extras which often are treated as separate orders in other restaurants. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
