To start with i bet all the people who complain about halfords have never actually worked there.

The strain on the staff is emmense. You are expected to work with no staff so when you cant find any thats because there isn't anyone. They try there best to help the customer who most of the time throw it back in your face. They dont realise when them complain it makes it worse for staff who are trying there best. Staff have little if any training from them. most training is trial and error and you learn from other staff who have been there longer. i would know i worked there for 5 years.

The customers and managers expext the impossible so try being more polite. trust me you get a lot more that way!.
