The guys at Cambridge Cycle Centre went out of their way to help me. They sorted out a problem that 3 other city bike shops had failed to fix. They offered me options and explained the differences between them. They even have free post repair services to make sure that I get the best result.

I now live out of town – I’d rather carry my bike past the other 6 bike shops to get to this one when something goes wrong.
