"FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE"

A review of Stead & Simpson by Happy Shopper - Tuesday 22nd of July 2003

We too logged on to find the parent company and send some positive feedback. The lady who helped us in Shoe Xpress (part of the Stead and Simpson group) in Christchurch, Dorset was FANTASTIC...

She was helpful, courteous and polite (even tho' it was closing time on a VERY hot day) and phoned round to find us the right size shoe in a neighbouring shopping centre (Poole).

It is rare to receive such excellent customer service - this member of staff also deserves recognition from your head office - we will always shop there first from now on!
