I sympathise with your Caroline and, yes, each member of staff you spoke to should have come back to let you know what was happening.

Having said this, not all employees of B & Q are the same and I know our local branch do their utmost to solve any customer problem. Not all staff should be tarred with the same brush.

I hope next time you visit your local store, the service will be better for you :).
