"A useless 10 year guarantee"

I have recently contacted Bryco because I have problems with my windows and doors installed.

I telephoned their service department on 01708 381628 and was told that even though they are called Bryco Windows, they are not the same company who installed my windows on 10th December 1997.

They operate under the same name with the same address and telephone number but because they are a different company, they are not honouring any guarantees given by the previous company. Hence my 10 year guarantee is useless.
