I think you will find this anywhere Mr. Jones. If
you go into Tesco you will find some inflated prices
and some bargains so you "shop around" as you said.
However, you will not find better customer service than that given at B & Q and I, for one, put this very high on my list. If I want help, I want to speak to someone who respects me and will do their utmost to find what I want. This you can get at B & Q. So maybe some of their prices are high (likewise some are lower than other stores) but I think it's a small price to pay for getting one-to-one attention by someone who actually cares.
