I was with Barclays until I got fed up with the fact that they seemed to believe when I got my Ph.D. I had turned into a man. I changed to the Co-Op because I believed in their ethical commitments. I've not been disappointed, the customer service is excellent and the telephone and online banking is easy. On only one occasion have they ever made a mistake and they were quick to sort it out (and gave me £15 as compensation!)
