"Pizza Hut orders that never come "

On two separate occasions I have ordered pizzas from our local delivery branch of Pizza Hut in BROADSTAIRS HIGH STREET. The first time, we phoned the order through and went to collect it at the time they said and we waited, and waited, and waited ... Other customers came and went and when we got up to query the delay we were told the order hadn't even been put in the oven yet. The second time I tried this branch was yesterday. We phoned our order through at 7pm and were told it would be delivered by 8.10pm at the latest. They knew our address from the telephone number we had called on. At 8.10pm with no sign of any delivery, we called again and were told there would be another hour's wait as they were experiencing some difficulty. At 10.25pm, still no pizza and we rang again and there was no reply. In the meantime we had been to KFC got served in a couple of minutes and decided only to order from Pizza Hut when on a calorie controlled diet - the food won't come!!
