"Our Wonderful Policemen and Women"

Last night I lost control of my car and skidded into a muddy field. A very kind gentleman stopped, phoned the police and stayed with me until they arrived.

The two officers a PC and WPC took charge of the situation, made sure I and other road users were safe.

They called a tow truck, stayed with me until it arrived then drove me home.

You may say that is their job....but it was the way they handled the situation that was so good.

They were so very kind, they kept me warm, were reasuring, dealt with the tow truck driver, tried to contact my husband, and all the other little things that made me feel safe and secure.

I would like to thank these two special people, but thankyou seems such a little word, they made a dreadful time bearable.

They are two of our Wonderful Policemen/Women, and we should be so proud of them, I know I am.
