"Bad customer service"

I've tried to ring them about twenty times in the last two weeks, and the phone hasn't been answered once.

As the last reviewer said, I also don't want to go all the way to the shop to find out whether they've got round to looking at my xbox yet.

Why don't they answer their ****** phone?
