08000790004 really does work, it's excellent, not only is it free, but it gets you straight through without all those annoying voice menu selections - and anyway, the 07973 number I had requires you to key in your mobile number, and won't proceed without it, which is no good if you're chasing an order for a new phone, which is what I was doing.
