I have been to Petersfield Medical Practice on 4 occasions, all of which I have found the receptionists to be rude, echoed from the glass window which they only open up when a patient is there - I think this makes a huge statement on the approach of the surgery.
I have seen 2 doctors, both of whom have been extremely pleasant, but it is only when you go down to reception to make a further appointment that you are dissapointed.
When asking the receptionist for an appointment in 28 days, she tried booking me in for 13 days later, which I had to explain is not what I asked for. A previous appointment had been misunderstood already by a junior receptionist and wasted my time and another member of the public who could have had my appointment.
I only hope things improve. I do wonder whether people have not approached the practice manager as they are unsure of the response they will receive.
