My problem began when i tried to top up,they said the bank declined my card,but the bank had just re issued all there cusstomers with new cards,when i tried to get customer service,i got the usual, you have not got enough credit,so i could not get them to ammend my details wihhout paying,but i am affraid your free no does not work anymore,they just say no not recognised.
