I have just read some of your posts. It really is shocking how WF seems to be treating it's customers. Hands up I'm running a business but what I do is get money back out of people like WF for my customers.

The key is whether they added "insurance" when you took out the loan. What was so horrible was that they added the cost of insurance to the loan as a lump sum. So if you were in debt and in bother already you were now in even more debt and even more bother. You were paying interest on the premiums! If you redeemed the loan they kept most of the premium added. What they didn't tell you was that you could have paid the premium monthly and then cancelled at any time. Nor did they tell you about the exclusions on the policy or that 70% or the extra loan was commission for them!
