AFTER A 45 MINUTE WAIT FOR A JACKET POTATO AND OMLETTE WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED THE POTATO WAS ALMOST RAW, HAVEIB SENT IT BACK AND A FURTHER 20 MINUTE WAIT YET AGAIN THE POTATO, ALTHOUGH COOKED IN THE MIDDLE WAS STILL RAW ON THE SIDES. THE STAFF LOOKED SOMEWHAT UNCOMFORTABLE AND DECIDED I COULD HELP MYSELF TO A SMALL SALAD INSTEAD OF THE POTATOE. I HAD TO THEN RUSH THE FOOD DOWN AND GET OUT ASAP. I RECEIVED NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE.
