If having problems signing in using the @ in your email address use the shift & 2 key then sign in as normal it's to do with an american version of the keyboard, if you cannot process the order (through to the payments section) turn off pop up's blocker & it will go through ok any problems ring River Island Head Office is 0208-991-4759 Hope this helps
