First class report I have been in retail sales for almost 50 years and salute you! Have never been assaulted as I would defend myself physically as was up to black belt standard in karate.The customer is NOT always right...that saying is a load of crap.

Its getting worse out there. When people complain to a head office yes THEY take the attitude that the employee is wrong and look for an explanation.Funny thing I noticed its not always the 'toe rags' of society that give all the bother, more than often the people that have some money.Good luck in your future career..
