I called the LLoyds No. but couldnt get help because apparently i said my branch is in regent street but dint mention Gonville place??? Then there's this one time i was told i couldnt withdraw money over the counter because i dint have my debit card with me, i thot a debit card is to be used in atm machines? never mind that i had proof of identity with me at the time. Lloyds TSB, you should seriously sort yourselves out because, much as i appreciate the need for security, treating a client like a thief is definitley not the way forward, its mind numbingly frustrating!!!!!!!!! |
