Zenith windows,was taken from a loss making company and doubled it's turnover to almost 80 million and profit in 5 years by the organsisation, planning, and control skills of Trevor Carter,He recruited both Kevin James and Gary Burton along with Tony Glass and a host of showroom managers motivated by massive potential earnings with the introduction of the A,B,and C pay plan. As Sales and Marketing Director he ran the whole ship, on his demise the company began to sink. Great times, great fun great earnings, God bless his soul. |
