I have worked in boots for 2 years and completely agree with the comments on here, customers are unbelievably rude, i always give good customer service and all I get is rude, unappreciative people who treat you like a robot, people never put money in your hand, just slam all there coins down on the counter then expect there change in their hand, that really annoys me! And will just find anything possible to complain about, how the company treat there staff is getting worse and worse so if you are a customer coming Into boots and get a tired sales assistant that might forget that you obviously need a bag for that pac of chewing gum you bought... Remember they might have already been on the till 6 hours that day.
