"Number good help and info ****"

Hi folks,just used the freephone number 0800 079 4000 worked ok for me just preess numbers to go to become new customer, though the answer to my question resulted in a blank, data protection etc,etc all I wanted to know was if a specific number was still active WHAT CRAP not being able to give a simple yes/no answer.
