"Re Review of Toni and Guy"

A review of Toni & Guy Hairdressers by L Smith - Thursday 9th of September 2010

Just read the review from the "ex" employee of Toni and Guy.
From a customers point of view if you are paying a premium for a service you expect quality.
If you, as an empolyee received complaints you obviously did not meet customers expectations. You can do well to learn from that in your future.
The customer has every right to complain about poor service as they are paying your wages. In the same spirit customers should be more open to complimenting good service that has exceeded their expectations.
