"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

Last night we ordered a curry in which we where told would be a 1-hour and 20 minute wait for delivery, which we agreed to stupidly.

2 hours later! It arrived freezing COLD! And they had forgotten to include the Madras we ordered, gave us boiled rice instead of pilau and it was horrible as though it had been reheated and left in the box for ages!

I called them to complain, they where extremely rude and laughed at me and said that if I wanted it I had to come pick it up in 30 minutes even though we had paid for it all ready!! In the end we hung up and never received any delivery or apology.

we will never go here again after years of getting take always from there. for the last months the service has got worse and worse.

DO NOT GET A TAKE AWAY FROM HERE!!.
