"What went wrong"

A review of Pizza Hut by Annoyed written on Thursday 21st of October 2010

I was employed by pizza hut all in all around 15 years. Over the last 3 years pizza hut have created their own down fall. Decisions made by people above who get paid hideous amount of money are the wrong ones. New menus every 3 months, apparently our customers taste are changing. The real reason, products or deals our customers are not interested in at all, they scratch their heads wondering why they are unable to order what they enjoyed last week. Pizza huts are dying guys and thats the truth .
