"Worse than the cheapest food found in supermarkets"

I have just taken my three children to Frankie and Benny's for a half term treat - what a mistake! I ordered fishcake and chips, which on the menu sounded lovely. What I actually got was the greasiest, cheapest, tastless fishcake I have ever experienced. After 2 mouthfuls, I refused to eat any more and complained to the management, who agreed that it did not look appetising and refunded me for my meal and my daughters cheeseburger which was also of poor quality. Never again will I pay so much money for such poor quality food, and I certainly would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. I suppose the lesson that we have learned from this experience is to avoid chain restaurants in future!
