I bought a pair of shoes for a friend online which turned out to be the wrong ones. I rang the helpline straight away and there was no problem with a swift refund. They were very friendly, despite this being my mistake!
I also like the fact that if an item you order turns out to be out of stock, they give you a small discount on your next purchase (online). Can't say fairer than that.
Nice, durable shoes too.....
