I would like very warmly to thank the postman on my round for leaving a package in my garage and leaving me a note to that effect. As a result my wife who is lying half paralyzed in a nursing home has as I write a functioning radio tape payer and CD player which will make an enormous difference to her life.

I am extremely grateful for this common sense approach to service as is my wife. Could this message please be passed on to to the person responsible in your Cambridge office?
