"Where are the receptionists??"

This is a good surgery.I find the doctors and nurses to be helpful and approachable, however it is difficult to make an appointment. Everytime I try to make an appointment I always get a impression from the receptionist that I should not be calling. On occasions when I have managed to book an appointment, I have noticed that there are no receptionists available and that they are busy nattering and enjoying a tea break. The management should seriously consider training these so-called receptionists or hiring new receptionists that are more welcoming and efficent at their jobs. .
