"Expect too much"

I used too work for halfords and i am shocked at how customers treat staff ive had customers swear at me threaten me throw stuff at me and grabbing me and no way does anyone have 2 stand for that in a job. staff are under a hell off a lot of pressure with meating targets and deadlines yes its part off the job but it doesnt help when u get customers being rude 2 u. one time i was serving a customer and went over to the desk to get something and another customer come over interupted me and asked for help i said "if u bare with me a minute i will be able to help u" in response the customer said"**** u ur all the same" if i said that too him i probobaly wouldnt be standing but no us staff have too put up with it. well i surely dont anymore who do people think they are it reminds me of kids if they dont get what they want when they want it they throw there little tantrums lol i find that funny to be honest. if ur gonna be rude and aggresive to staff then why should u expect us to serve u? would u like too be treat like that? also if u talk too staff with some respect then they will do the same back its just commonsense really..
