"Service depends on receptionist and GP"

Having transferred here a few years ago, I thought any teething problems as it was new would go, many issues which I feel relate to service are still hit or miss

I am not sure why as the first point of contact, of any organisation why some receptionists feel it apt to be clipped and condescending, especially if the person calling is not feeling at best as they are ill.

The nursing staff are generally good, some GPs are good, some are mediocre.
