I don't work in the Cambridge Bakers Oven so can't comment on their policies, but in our Midlands store we offer high quality service. Our coffee machines are cleaned and serviced regularly and our Bacon Sandwiches are delicious! We all work hard to achieve this and it seems some among the public will denigrate the efforts of those in the service industry - the fact is that those in the lowest paid jobs, get the least respect and work the hardest!
