"Poor service"

Food was reasonable but the service was very poor - especially from the english-looking chap. Our table was short of cutlery and we had to grab from the next table. We had to pay cash (lucky we had some) and they stamped on a service charge. The bill was very opaque. All the old ways of running a restaurant. It is a real pitty because the food was good but not exceptional
