"Pizza Hut Regent Road, Cambridge, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE "

A review of Pizza Hut by Max Kidia written on Tuesday 20th of March 2012

My family and I went for a pizza on Saturday 17 March. I was met by a member of staff and requested a tabel for 8 including a baby in a pram. The manager stated that he could not accomodate 8 people at this moment and that a table will not be available.

I left the diner and walked a little past the front window when I saw many seats empty so I went back in and requested to seen the manager. The same person to whom I requested to see the manager again. He stated that he was the manager to which I was shocked with his shabby presentation but went on to explain that although he denied a table for 8 there was a few empty tables at the back which were vacant.

He went to to explain that he was unable to give those tables as a pushchair would not be able to go down that far to the seating area to which I explained that I would bve happy to accomodate the area by leaving the baby buggy in an area where it would be a nusence to which he stated that he cannot sit us because he has a planned booking. This argument went on until he refused to sit or accomodate my part.

The argument ended when "the amanger" threatend me with being removed from the diner by the police if I did not leave to which I felt me hands were tied as on this occassion the "shop owner was right?"

I felt very angry at the fact that my children wanted to eat Pizza for lunch and that they wanted to go to Pizza Hut.

Three hungry children and 5 adults went back to Leicester very angry and Upset.

Customer Service.... This particular Pizza Hut does not know the meaning of the word!
