"Excellent Service from Cantab Millenium Computers"

I have purchased computer equipment from many computer retailers in Cambridge, and have found Cantab Millenium to offer the best service. On one occasion I bought a scanner and a few months later it stopped working. As it had a years guarantee, I took it back to the shop, although I did not have my receipt. The chap behind the counter said 'No problem. We will send it back to the manufacturer to have it repaired. Just pop back in about a week.' A week later I returned, and he said they had been unable to repair the fault, and just gave me a brand new scanner - which was a superior model. On another occasion, my computer transformer blew and needed replacing. The technician at Cantab Millenium fixed the problem for me while I waited. Unfortunately when I came to pay for the repair, my credit card was declined - I was unaware that I had reached my limit. The shop owner offered for me to take the computer anyway and come back and pay the next day. I was impressed and grateful to his trust and level of customer service.
