"Beware the No Refund Policy!!!!! "

A review of Primavera by Disappointed shopper written on Sunday 26th of August 2012

My partner recently spent a large sum of money on several items on jewellery for my recent landmark birthday. I had asked for specific things because as most women know, buying jewellery is a tricky area. Sadly he decided to shop at PRIMAVERA on Kings Parade which, as I discovered when I opened my birthday presents, is a shop devoted to contemporary jewellery, of which I am NOT a fan. I telephoned the shop to ascertain their returns policy, certain they would have one but found to my surprise and extreme disappointment that they do not accept returns! I took the jewellery back and had a thorough look around for replacements but found nothing there I liked enough to buy. The assistant who dealt with me was not exactly brimming with sympathy either despite the fact that I was obviously visibly upset. SO, I have a credit note for a large sum of money to shop in a place I don't want to shop in! Other retailers I have spoken to have all said that despite any advertised policy, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is key!! Clearly Primavera do not care about that. .
