"What a sad store"

I visited the Cambridge store today in the city centre and was so disappointed. It was in places a mess, staff more interested in chatting then serving, very poor range of DVDs and diaries. I had hoped to purchase a fountain pen but the glass display was cluttered with stock making inspection of the pens impossable and no staff available to help. Walked out with my gift voucher intact and hope to find another store sometime that is a little more organised and friendly. Such a sad store not a shadow of what it used to be..
