"Worst food I have ever eaten!"

I have just ordered fish and chips from this establishment. The fish was slimy and disgusting. The 'peas' were sloppy like warm tinned mixed veg. No bread and butter as stated. So I've paid nearly £6 for about 10 chips and a diet coke. I took it back and they didn't offer me a refund or an exchange. They are two cretins that obviously have no experience in either cooking food or serving customers..
