"Unhelpful staff"

I was a patient here for a couple of years, until I transferred to another practice in Cambridge. In general I found the admin and medical staff not helpful and almost clipped in their manner. I can't fathom why someone who is working in a job dealing with unwell people would be rude or unhelpful.
