"Poor Service doesn't come cheap"

A review of Russells by Jaqui written on Sunday 13th of October 2013

Over seven years, Russells have charged us £575 just for yearly Tenancy Continuation fees. They demanded a Guarantor, and charged him £100. It will cost us 15% of our deposit plus about £350 just to leave.

They could never be accused of being cheap.

They regard their Landlords as being their clients, and their tenants as being an irritating side effect.

We have been model tenants for years. This year they took their fee and then advertised our property.

I honestly can't recommend them to anyone..
