"Slowest check-in in history"

It took 30 minutes to check into the hotel and when we finally managed it, we were told not to use one lift as it kept breaking down. The other one was being refurbished.

To top it all, every time we returned to the room the manager had to accompany us as the computer key system was down.

Checking out was marginally better. The room was nice as was breakfast, but first impressions were frankly terrible.
