"Make sure you have transport"

I have placed orders with this company for the last three years and have been very satisfied with the product and the service UNTIL today when I was told the hags in which the mulch was delivered could not be collected. I was told when I placed my order hat they would be collected and a £10 credit per bag would be given, but this seems to have changed since placing my my order. I actually spoke to the Manager who told me that I had to return the bags myself and collect the money at the store. I do not drive, am 72 yrs of age and have no way of returning the bags. I told him I didn't want a special pick up time just when ever they were in the area. He said they could only be collected when I placed my next order which will be March 2015. They are big bags and I don't have storage space so I said I would just have to put them in the refuse bin to which he replied "ok" This is hardly what I expected from a company recommended by The Garden Design Centre at Scotsdales. I am not happy with the service and the cavalier way I was spoken to. May I add that I was not so concerned with the money and never mentioned it when I phoned, but at the moment I am now not happy about it..
