The Regal has become a disappointment, the fact that they do not have security on a bank holiday weekend shows that they do not care about the safety of their customers of staff.

My clothes are ruined when i go up to bar because the bar is constantly sticky and the bar staff never seem to know what they are doing.

I understand that the weekends are a nightmare but the solution is to employ more staff
