They say we are hear to help i got no help i ordered an item but canceld it the next day they said its not in stock so it would not be deliverd phoned 2 times to make sure 2 days after the first time and got lied to twice by customer services and recorded the conversation and they tried to say it was still in prosesing how can an order be dispached if its still in prosesing i love studio i always use it 4 christmas and summer and always pay my bill but i do not expect to be lied to even yodel have have a delivery note 4 this item that studio do not have in stock but thay despached item on 5 th jan but do not have it in stock yet thay tell me its with coureor bt yodel main depot have not receved it yet so how can coureor have it if main depot aint got it. 4 days and stil waiting 4 a manger to ring me to sort it out and still paying intrest on so diserpointed if dont get sorted soon will go to park there customer services will all ways help
