"Well worth the visit"
A review of Staples by Austen White - Sunday 7th of September 2003
After a frustrating visit to PC World, it was a relief to visit Staples of Cambridge to have my faith returned in Sales staff.
They are totally the opposite of those in PC World, they are well informed in there product training, prepared to spend time with the customer and there was absolutely no pressure to buy from them even to the extent that they sent me to another computer shop to purchase something that they did not have in stock.
From there attitude, helpfulness and consideration I purchase a new PC which is of excellent build quality and does every thing that I wanted and that they had said it would.
I have since returned to purchase a lap top, printer and other items.
This is the place to shop to shop for computer or anything in there store if you want help from intelligent helpful staff.
