"Miserable!"

The first time I have had the misfortune of having to visit Cottenham's new Post Office, now located in Shaun's Newsagents, to collect an item. Unfriendly, sour-faced staff. Even unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone to a caller in front of a queue of customers.

So sad that the old Cottenham High Street Post Office closed, the staff there were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Interesting that not one of them chose to work in the new place..
