"Rancid squid"

We have just returned and got a refund and apologie of our takeaway. Two of our dishes contained rancid squid I am hoping not to have any ill afacts after eating some of the squid. I though it was fish sauce to start with how wrong I was. I have kept a sample and reported it. I know you can make a mistake but this is fish and can be lethal. Professional chefs should know better. Unless they just don't care..
